The problem

The client was receiving 20-30 property enquiries per week through their website contact form. Every enquiry required manual reading, a judgment call, and a hand-written reply. This was taking 2+ hours daily and leads were frequently missed or replied to hours later, by which point they had contacted a competitor.

What I built

A fully automated lead handling pipeline: every form submission triggers Claude AI to score the lead as Hot, Warm, or Cold with a one-line reason. All leads log to Google Sheets. Hot leads send an instant alert to the agent. Every lead receives a personalised reply within 60 seconds, 24/7.

AI Content Repurposing Pipeline

The problem

The client publishes 4 blog posts per month and wanted to repurpose each one across LinkedIn, Twitter, and their email newsletter. Doing this manually took 45-60 minutes per article, a 4-5 hour monthly task for one team member.

What I built

A one-click content pipeline: paste an article URL, Make.com fetches the content, Claude extracts 3 key insights and rewrites them as a LinkedIn post, a 5-tweet thread, and an email newsletter section. All three land in Notion within 30 seconds.

Results

Repurposing time from 45-60 minutes to under 2 minutes per article
Monthly saving: ~4 hours of team time
Team now repurposes every article, previously skipped some due to time
All content organised automatically in Notion by date

The problem

The client received 15-20 customer questions per week via email, mostly the same questions about pricing and availability. Answering them took 1-2 hours per week, and questions outside business hours went unanswered until the next morning.

What I built

An AI assistant trained on the business's own information: customers submit questions via a form, Claude reads a Google Doc knowledge base and writes an accurate answer using only their real data. The customer receives a professional reply within 60 seconds. The owner gets a daily digest.
